So far I have only tried the 21-Day Herbal Cleansing program and I did lose 3 lbs, but I am still not convinced that Herbalife is that different from any other Herbal products. Plus everything is too expensive. I have found cheaper Herbal products at GNC that are supposed to do the same thing. My friend is doing the Advanced program but she is taking like 10 pills a day and drinking the shakes twice a day. Who wants to live like that...

Everyday between 2-4 pm, I get a sweet tooth and crave chocolate, etc. The total control has helped me in controlling the cravings. I don't get the sweet tooth as often. If I happen to its a small amount and I satisfy it with half an orange or a yoplait light yogurt... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]
